Empower Academy provides individualized education and supportive programs for K–12 students with autism, learning differences, emotional disabilities, and behavioral challenges. Our small class sizes and structured learning environment help students build academic skills, confidence, independence, and social-emotional growth.

Who Our Program Is Designed For

Empower Academy is designed to support students who benefit from a more structured and individualized learning environment. Our program may be a good fit for students who:

K–12 Special Education Academic Program

Empower Academy provides a structured K–12 special education academic program designed to meet the individual learning needs of students with autism, learning differences, emotional disabilities, and behavioral challenges. Instruction is tailored to support students who benefit from smaller class sizes, individualized attention, and a supportive classroom environment.

Enrichment & Life Skills Programs

Animal Therapy

Partnering with Pawsitive Friendships, our Animal Therapy program gives students the opportunity to interact with therapy animals in a supportive setting.

Mindful Yoga

Elementary students participate in mindful yoga sessions that help develop focus, self-regulation, and body awareness.

Cooking Classes

Students participate in cooking projects that help build independence, teamwork, and practical life skills.

Community Experiences & Field Trips

Students participate in supervised field trips and community outings throughout the school year.

Examples include:

• Natural history museums
• Local parks
• Educational events
• Fun play centers and arcades

These experiences help students practice communication, cooperation, and real-world life skills.

Arizona ESA Scholarship Students Welcome

Empower Academy welcomes students who participate in the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program. Families interested in learning more about ESA enrollment or scheduling a tour are encouraged to contact us.
